RETURNS
We gladly accept returns on both new items and sale items and offer a 30-day return period from the day you receive your package.
The process is simple and handled through our online return portal.
How to return your order:
- Register your return online and obtain your QR code for your return label here. Start with #COM as shown on your order number.
- If possible, reuse the packaging your order was originally shipped in. Please ensure that the item(s) are unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
- Remove or cover any old shipping labels on the parcel. Then drop off your package at the nearest GLS parcel shop by presenting your QR code.
For orders below €100, the return costs €10 when using our return label. This amount will automatically be deducted from your refund. Please remember to include the packing slip that came with your order.
Once we have received and processed your return, your refund will be issued within 10 business days. The amount will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase. If you paid with a gift card, the refund will automatically be returned to the same gift card.
For your own security, please keep your postal receipt until you have received your refund.
EXCHANGING ITEMS
If you have requested an exchange, it will be processed and shipped as soon as possible once we have received the returned item. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the exchange has been shipped.
Please note that the exchange may be cancelled if the item is no longer in stock. In that case, the return will be treated as a standard return and the amount will be refunded.

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos if necessary, so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
